Bryce Jeffery has been practicing law for 24 years and, in the last 12 years, focused on dispute resolution. He has mediated cases such as bodily injury, doctor-patient, commercial ventures, wills variation, workplace disagreements, sale of enterprises, denial of disability coverage, real estate transactions and family matters. Trained in England, Bryce obtained his LLB (Honours) from the University of London and was a barrister and member of the Lincoln’s Inn in London before returning to Canada to establish his firm MacDonald Boyle & Jeffery in 1985. He obtained his Advanced Mediation Certificate in 1996 and his Family Law Mediation Certificate in 2002. He is also certified as an International Arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London (1996). He is a director of the Commercial Mediation Association and a member of the B.C. Mediator Roster (Civil).
Mr. Jeffery shares his expertise through the Continuing Legal Education process, Trial Lawyers Association and private seminars. |
